We have known John and his team for 15 years plus now. They help us out with plumbing in our hotel. John is very proactive in the fact that he doesn't just fix what needs to be done at the time. He will point out what we need to keep an eye on or give us ideas on how to lay out a room for when we next come to update it. These extras we really appreciate. Plumbing always goes wrong at the oddest of hours and times and if John can't get a team member to attend he will come out himself. As a company they are tremendously obliging and professional. No matter how inconvenient a call out, they are always there.
